With 17 years of experience in the industry, we have developed a range of functional front films for you to choose from. Notably, our 360° full coverage films have been patented.
To achieve high-quality front film with high consistency, Lensun screens high-quality raw materials and follows a robust production process and quality inspection system.
We are aware that technology is changing day by day, so we never stop innovating. Our R&D staff will develop new functional materials for cell phone front film according to the market demand. With the cooperation of upstream suppliers, we can develop a new functional material every six months. Work with us and broaden your market with our novel screen protection film materials.
Using our slicer with customized knife mold, we precisely slice the film into sheets, which makes it easier to print and laminate later.
We print your custom copywriting or brand design image onto the film. A few test prints will be done to make sure the printings matches the design drawing or sample you confirmed.
Our laminating is done in cleanroom condition, where workers wear clean suits and gloves to prevent contamination of the films.
Once the printing and laminating is complete, we cut the film to a final size that is ready for your immediate use.
After the above process is completed, we check the final film to see if it is free of bubbles, dirt, crooked and other defects.
Before packing, our staff will carefully check again to ensure that each film product is free of defects.
